Villa Coco - Jan Thiel

Nice holiday home with spacious shared swimming pool.
The house is located at the back of the plot, on a cul-de-sac, has a lot of privacy and a tropical garden.
The location is central between Jan Thiel beach (5 minutes by car) and Mambo Beach (10 minutes by car). There are several supermarkets, diving school and restaurants in the area.
There is access to the salt pans for walking or cycling.

The house has a new kitchen with bar to cozy up. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker.

Under the spacious porch, which is also the living room, there is a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and a corner sofa.
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each with its own bathroom including toilet. All bedrooms have both a fan and air conditioning. There are also fans outside. A baby cot (camping bed) and high chair are available on request. The garden around the house is lockable so that children cannot reach the pool.

At the swimming pool with fixed stairs and seating edge are sunbeds and a parasol. Here you will also find a large table to eat and drink in the evening by the illuminated swimming pool.

The plot is equipped with a remote-controlled gate.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the site.
