This beautiful, impressive holiday villa is located in the luxurious Vista Royal villa district in Jan Thiel, within walking distance of the attractive Jan Thiel Beach. Jan Thiel Beach is surrounded by shops, a supermarket, restaurants, a gym and even a small casino. In short, a very popular neighborhood to stay in.
The holiday villa is built on a large plot with a beautiful well-maintained garden, private swimming pool with sunbeds, a papala and various shaded areas.

There is room for 2 cars on site, which can be parked in the shade under the carport.
You will immediately feel at home in this holiday villa in Jan Thiel. The decor is attractive, cozy and has a tropical touch.

The living room has a cozy sitting area with a flat screen on which you can receive all Dutch channels. The entire villa also has perfect WiFi internet.

The kitchen has a large folding wall so you get an indoor/outdoor feeling. The large kitchen island is a cozy place to cook together, so your fellow travelers can join you. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an oven, microwave, dishwasher and large double door refrigerator.

On the covered terrace you have a view of the large magnesium swimming pool. There are sunbeds around the pool for sun worshipers, but if you want to stay in the shade for a while, it is wonderful to relax under the palapa at the head of the pool. Here you also have an overview of the garden and the villa.

On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and wonderful box-spring beds. There is also plenty of cupboard space.

The beautiful master bedroom is on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom. You step onto the balcony through sliding doors and have a view of the garden and the surrounding area.
