Description
Completely renovated 6 person holiday home on the Marbella Estate Jan Thiel resort. Beautiful modern interior and a wonderfully spacious private pool surrounded by a tropical garden which is beautifully lit in the evening.
The holiday home has a spacious living room with open kitchen and is connected to the terrace next to the house, which is well winded. All windows in the villa are fitted with mosquito nets. In addition, there are also roller shutters with which the bedrooms are well darkened.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, hanging fan and ample closet space. From the terrace you walk to the private backyard with large swimming pool with built-in sofa and sun terrace with 4 sun loungers and 2 lounge chairs. There is a child gate with which you can shield the porch with walkway towards the pool. Under the palapa you will find plenty of shade and there is also a dining table with 6 chairs. Here you can enjoy a BBQ in the beautifully lit tropical garden and swimming pool.

Marbella Estate has a large communal swimming pool, ideal if you want to swim a few lengths and for the children often a nice meeting place with other children. The park is not far from Jan Thiel Beach, the Spanish Water and Mambo Beach.
