The recently completely renovated villa is tastefully and very well equipped. Because the villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is ideally suited for families with children or larger groups. The villa has a terrace with private pool and large tropical garden and because of the high location a beautiful view with lots of wind. There are sunbeds around the pool.
The villa is about 900 meters walking distance from Jan Thiel Beach where also shops, an AH supermarket and a casino are situated. The salt pans and the Spanish Water are also near the villa.
