This very beautiful modern holiday villa is located in the luxury and safe residential area Vista Royal in Jan Thiel. The villa is suitable for 8 adults.

You enter through the spacious pool deck and the terrace. On the terrace is a lounge set and a dining table where you can use the meals with a view of the private swimming pool. Around the pool you will find various seats and of course delicious sun beds for the sun worshipers.

When you enter through the large sliding doors you will arrive in a large living room with an open kitchen with large cooking island. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of kitchen equipment such as oven, microwave, Nespresso etc. There is also a dining table in the living room so that cooking and eating together is a true pleasure. The living room has a flat screen TV with a lazy sofa and of course there is free WiFi at your disposal in the entire house and outside on the terrace

You can enter the 4 bedrooms from the living room. Every bedroom has its own complete bathroom with toilet and suite and enough cupboard space.

At the house you can rent a 7 person Toyota Rush / Automatic (model 2023) for € 69 per day with a deposit, also deductible of € 500,-

Note: From 2025 the villa has a floor on it with a complete apartment. This apartment has 3 bedrooms with complete bathrooms and suite, a living room with open kitchen, a large half -covered terrace of 14x4 meters incl. Sit swimming pool and super view over the surroundings with sea view.

This villa is suitable for a group of 14 people from December 2024. Both accommodations can also be rented separately.
